 SPA complex Neviastata will be constructed on the territory of the renowned ski resort of Pamporovo, located 85km away from the second largest city in Bulgaria, Plovdiv, at an altitude of 1700m. The SPA complex is designed as a residential building. Completion stage of the apartments: The apartments are planned to be delivered completely finished. Flooring - ceramic slabs in the corridors, laminated parquet, primer and latex, faience lining in the toilets and bathrooms. Sanitary and lighting fixtures installed. Heating - a fireplace with a possibility for installation of additional heating systems or electric converters with electronic control.
