The village is located in North-East Bulgaria (Varna District). It is part of Provadia Municipality. It is situated 38 km west of sea city of Varna and 3 km from municipal center town of Provadia. It has all town facilities as Police Stations, Hospitals, restaurants and bars.
The area has historical places to visit, hills and canyons to hike, lakes for fishing and relaxing, there are no industrial pollutants, the local people are very friendly and helpful. Life in the village is very cheap for foreigners as the local milk, egg, vegetable, fruit and meat products as well as locally produced sprits and wines are healthy and very low priced compared to major towns.

There are already eight British families living in this beautiful village.
There is a newly built traditional Mexana (Bulgarian restaurant) in the village and a small shop. The village is only a 25 minute drive from Varna airport and 35 minutes drive from Varna's beaches and lovely sea gardens.

For a wider range of foodstuffs and groceries, Provadia has a lovely central square. There are plenty of small shops, banks, internet cafe's, hair salons, beauticians at a fraction of UK costs. There is even a new supermarket with a fresh bakery, where you can have the bread baked for you as you wait. There is a lovely traditional Bulgarian restaurant and several other restaurants, cafes and bars in Provadia.

The house is currently underconstruction and unfurnished. The flooring is terracotta and laminated. There is PVC. The bathrooms and toilets are furnished. The house will be finished by the end of the year.
