Our Bulgarian house is for sale with big land.

In Voinika, 30mn from Yambol, 45mn from Bourgas and one hour form the

airport.

Our house is at the Est end of the village facing the mountain Bakadjika and

just green field, it's a beautiful view.

5200 sqm with a house of 50 sqm, the barn is 30sqm attached to the house

could extend the living area.

The land has 2 wells, one of them made for a pump, the electritcity is

connected and the water is by the street and easy to connect.

The house is built above the ground so no flood in the winter, it has 2 good

size rooms and a good size hallway, the barn is attached to the house and

could extend the living area (that was our plan).

there is also an outside building that we were going to use as garage and

workshop.

The walls are in good condition and the floor is wood.

We bought the house to live in it after we sell the one we live in now, but our

neighbors and very close friends, don't want us to move away from them, we

love them very much so we decided to stay in our house.
