In the garden are some useful outbuildings and a well, ideal for watering the garden in the hot summer months.   The whole place has been maintained to a good standard and like we said before it is liveable in now.  Structurally the building is excellent and the roof is in good condition also.

The water is connected (including hot water) and so is the electric.  The sewerage is through a sceptic tank.
