This is a fantastic offer -  a well built and maintained house within five minutes walk to the town centre of Chrevan Bryag where the train and bus stations are.  Although one is close to the centre some excellent fishing is only a short walking distance away. Ten mins by car and you are into the beautiful open countryside of northern Bulgaria.

Outside there is what the Bulgarians call 'The Summer Kitchen'.  The room is some 25 sqm, has a shower room and toilet, a small kitchen area and a large dinning area.  This building is again in a very well maintained condition and structurally sound.  There is a lovely area outside that is covered over in grape vines and what a pleasure it was to sit here talking to the owners on that hot day in this shaded glade.  There is a garage attached to the house.  The whole area is well fenced and has double gate access for the garage and a small gate for walking access. 

The phone line is connected and a security system is fitted so you can leave the house unoccupied and have no worries. The electric and water are connected throughout the house and summer kitchen. The sewerage is on the main sewerage system. The garden is well maintained and clean and has a variety of mature fruit trees.  The area is flat.  The house is located in a quiet residential area of the town but the centre is a short, level walk away.  The neighbourhood is very friendly and many small shops are close to the house.
