Chervan Bryag has had much investment put into it in the last year, many new restuarants, cafe's and shops have opened.This year alone two new banks have opened in the town centre.  The tourism is rapidly growing in the area also as more people discover the natuaral beauty the area has to offer.  Some of the best fishing lakes in northern Bulgaria are only a short distance away.  There are many caves and ancient burial grounds in the area also.
