The Lira Thermal Resort is the only place in the whole region from where one may admire all Pirin peaks and it is only 300m from the new ski gondola in Dobrinishte. Properties Available In the village 48 individual houses will be constructed, including an apartment building with 37 apartments. The houses have been sorted in three categories according to their specific location. Each of them consists of a dining room, kitchen and toilet at the first floor and one or two bedrooms (depending on the buyer’s requirements) including a large bathroom equipped with a water-massage bath-tub with mineral water, the temperature of which is around 39oC - 40o C and a toilet on the second floor.

The apartments are sorted in two categories according to the floor, and the surface. One and two bedroom apartments are available.
